The Cheer Locker was founded in 2025 by me! Rebecca, a recent QMU graduate with a Master’s in International Management and Leadership - and a passionate cheerleader and coach!
After five incredible years in cheerleading - from cheering in both the US and UK, representing national teams in cheer and dance, and coaching athletes both nationally and internationally - I decided I wanted to create something that truly celebrated the sport and the people behind it.
The Cheer Locker started as a side hobby while I was studying for my Master’s, hand-making bows at home and posting them on Instagram. When friends (and strangers!) began requesting custom designs and orders poured in, that small creative outlet evolved into a fast-growing brand built on passion, community, and the drive to empower cheerleaders everywhere.
Today, The Cheer Locker is more than just bows and apparel, it’s a celebration of confidence, connection, and the spirit that makes cheerleading so special. And this is only the beginning!

Our Mission
At The Cheer Locker, I am continually refining my craft, developing new designs, improving quality, and expanding our product range to meet more of your team’s needs.
Beyond apparel and bows, I am deeply passionate about the growth of our sport, especially in areas like coaching development, athlete wellbeing, and injury prevention. With that in mind, I am already working on new products and resources designed to support teams both on and off the mat, helping athletes train smarter, perform stronger, and feel their best.
